Engadin St. Moritz is the oldest tourist ski region in the world, whose origins date back to 1864 with the launch of winter tourism by Johannes Badrutt. St. Moritz has a unique sporting legacy with its very special history and tradition and already two Winter Olympic Games and five realized World Ski Championships. Engadin St. Moritz Mountains is aware of the great importance of this legacy and, as a company, is always working to carry this prestigious history into the future through its entire corporate structure and culture.
On the Corviglia and Muottas Muragl mountains, as well as in the two hotels belonging to the company (ALL IN ONE HOTEL INN LODGE and Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl), there are around 200 employees working for Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG all year round; in the winter season there are 460 people and in the summer a total of 210. The wide range of tasks includes jobs in the areas of technology, piste service, SOS, catering, hotel business, marketing and accounting / contracting. Due to the diversity of the areas of competence to be filled, Engadin St. Moritz Mountains represents one of the supporting pillars in the Engadin economy.
