Our hotel is located not far from St. Moritz, between Samedan and Pontresina, high above the valley at 2,456 meters. From Punt Muragl, you can reach us in a leisurely 10-minute ride on the Muottas Muragl funicular—your train ticket, reserved for you as a hotel guest at the valley station, allows for unlimited trips up and down the mountain on the funicular. From the mountain station, it’s just a few steps to the front desk of our Romantik Hotel. When you get off, simply follow the signs.
The “ÖV-Inklusive” offer is valid both in summer and winter throughout the entire Engadin Mobil network (Maloja–Cinuos-chel and Spinas–Alp Grüm). It applies to all scheduled services operated by the following transportation companies within the network:

- St. Moritz Local Bus
- Silvestri Bus (Pontresina - Ospizio Bernina)
Dogs ride for free. Bicycles are not included in the offer.
Nowhere else can you go this high for such a great price in the summer: With the “Mountain Railways Included” offer, you’ll receive a free passenger mountain railway ticket for the Upper Engadine starting with your second night’s stay, valid for the entire duration of your stay.
Payment for your stay is due upon arrival or departure. Special terms apply to special offers. Payment for bookings over Christmas or New Year’s Eve must be made in advance. For payments in EUR, the current internal daily exchange rate will be applied.
Thanks to the direct connection to the Muottas Muragl funicular, you can check in at the Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
The front desk is open during the winter and summer seasons as follows:
- Front Desk: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Pets are allowed at our hotel for CHF 20 per night.

Please note that our hotel is a smoke-free hotel.
Take advantage of this offer in winter starting with your first night's stay and get a ski pass for just CHF 55.00 per day/person (ages 13 and up) for the entire duration of your stay (number of nights = number of ski days). These passes are valid throughout the Upper Engadine.
